In order for us to provide you with the best possible service, please send over the following to hello@customclubclothing.co.uk:

Anything else you think may be useful for us!

We will then be able to send over a visual mock-up of your design and confirm pricing.

What do we do?

Once you’re happy with the design, we then set up a bulk order using our online system which allows each individual to order directly up to a pre-arranged deadline. We take care of collating all the details with regards to sizing, personalisation and payments, minimising the amount of admin your end.

What next?

Once the bulk order date has closed, we then move onto production - our lead time is usually 2-3 weeks. Using the details online we create your order, package and send it out altogether to the delivery address provided. Every item is labelled with the individuals name to make the distribution as simple as possible.

Whether you're looking for a solution to ordering printed or embroidered clothing for a University Society, Sports Club, Community Group or School we are here to help. Custom Club Clothing do business differently to most modern online suppliers - we like to make the whole process from start to finish as quick, simple and stress free as possible.

Unlike other companies if someone misses your ordering deadline or you want to keep your items available all year round we still process individual orders, they are simply charged at £3.00 more per item to contribute to the one off production and postage costs.
